Role
We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team. As a senior producer, you will be accountable to deliver some of our most complex initiatives involving significant interdependencies between teams, highly technical requirements and not previously solved design challenges. Candidates with proven track records of tackling significant complexity will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies and play a key role in moving the company forward in its long term vision plan.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision of the team and become a champion for it across the company and for new members of your team.
- Manage stakeholders to align them with the vision
- Develop detailed feature requirements and tactical roadmaps to maximize quality in the given timeframe.
- Work with teams across the company to understand priorities and assist with scheduling this work and execute according to the project plan.
- Prioritize, communicate user and technical product requirements to various engineering teams and make them accountable to deliver to your team what they need to succeed.
- Monitor the progress of the projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Maintain project documentation that allows for quick and efficient understanding of resource capacity and project status.
- Organize any necessary meetings, define agendas, send out meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Use JIRA to assign and track tasks/issues.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering large initiatives with clear and demonstrable accountability
- Demonstrable track record of delivering games (VR, PC, mobile)
- Experience working on highly technical products is strongly preferred.
- Managed and tracked several product roadmaps at once is a plus.
- Highly effective communication and multi-tasking skills, organizational agility and attention to detail.
- Ability to onboard and work remotely.
- Project management vision expected
