Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Producer to join our team. You will help us in building the cutting edge in online multiplayer casino games across multiple platforms (Desktop VR, Mobile VR, Console VR).

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed feature requirements and strategic roadmaps.
  • Work with team to understand priorities and assist with scheduling this work into sprint plans and execute according to the project plan.
  • Quantify and test your product hypothesis and feature roadmap, and make sure it aligns with strategic company goals.
  • Prioritize and communicate user and technical product requirements to various engineering teams.
  • Monitor the progress of the projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Maintain project documentation that allows for quick and efficient understanding of resource capacity and project status.
  • Organize any necessary meetings, define agendas, send out meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Use JIRA to assign and track tasks/issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in building business cases and product roadmaps across a wide variety of industries.
  • Delivering a project on a game console is extremely valuable
  • Experience working on highly technical products strongly preferred.
  • Conceptualized and shipped mass market products
  • Managed and tracked several product roadmaps at once. All the way from an idea to product delivery and support.
  • Highly effective communication and multi-tasking skills, organizational agility and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in AR/VR projects a plus.
  • Ability to onboard and work remotely.
